Built from Experience
RAG was created by a professional pilot whose path into aviation included setbacks, funding challenges, and several different training routes. After beginning in a university flight program, he later trained through a small Part 61 school and a flying club before returning to complete his commercial, multi-engine, and flight instructor training. His career has included flight instruction, contract flying, corporate and Part 91K operations, and a U.S. Part 121 carrier. The experience behind RAG includes an ATP, CFI, CFII, MEI, multiple aircraft type ratings, more than 1,000 hours of dual instruction given, and over 15 years in aviation.RAG exists because its founder remembers making expensive training and career decisions without the guidance or context that could have saved time, money, and uncertainty.
